East Ayrshire Citizens Advice Bureau (EACAB) is a progressive and innovative advice organisation dedicated to providing free, impartial, and confidential advice to local communities. We offer both generalist advice and specialist casework services to support people in need across East Ayrshire.
We are excited to be recruiting for a Volunteer Development Manager, a new post that will play a vital role in shaping and strengthening our volunteer programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the development, coordination and support of volunteering across the bureau.
The new postholder will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, helping to create a rewarding and inclusive volunteer experience. They will work closely with staff and volunteers to develop a strong volunteering culture, aligned with the bureau’s values and strategic aims.
